First-time pairing over Wi-Fi

Install the Windows client from the download page and complete the setup wizard (language, folder, shortcuts).
Install the iVCam mobile app on Android or iOS and grant camera, microphone, and local network permissions when prompted.
Connect PC and phone to the same Wi-Fi SSID. Disable guest isolation on the router if devices cannot see each other.
Open both apps. Wait for the auto-discovery message confirming each side found iVCam.
Press play in the desktop client to show the live feed. Adjust resolution if the preview stutters.

USB connection for lowest latency

Devices never discover each other

Confirm the same subnet, disable VPN split tunneling, allow iVCam through the Windows firewall, and reboot the router if AP isolation is on.

Black screen in Zoom or OBS

Close other apps that lock the camera, restart iVCam on both sides, then re-select e2esoft iVCam in the target app.

Soft or laggy iPhone on Windows 10

Some users report lower perceived quality and fiddly first setup. Try USB, lower resolution temporarily, and update both clients to 7.4.0.

Watermark on recordings

Antivirus warnings during install
